Products

Our goal is to provide our customers the highest quality products available.  Items are made to order, therefore we may require 10 - 14 business days for production depending on size of order.  This does not include shipping time.  Please keep our production time in mind when placing your order. 

Refunds will be issued for items that become unavailable.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been a gross error or defect on our part.  If this should happen, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package for return authorization.  A store credit or exchange will be offered.  We do not refund cash/credit.  In the extreme case we may decide to do so, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are Non Refundable.

If your order is incorrect or missing an item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package for correction.
